"How to make a mosquito bite go away quickly"
67How to make a mosquito bite go away quickly? This an be done in three easy steps.
1. Wash the bite with soap and water. Some say it is best to let it air dry, but this is not necessary. Dry with a towel.
2. Apply a clear sealer over the bite. In a pinch you can use clear fingernail polish, I like to use a product called ChiggerRid. It can be found at any Pharmacy.
3. Reapply clear sealer every day. Applying the sealer keeps air from getting to the bite. Air causes the histamines to react, which causes the itching.
While it may take 24 to 48 hours for the bite to completely disappear, at least the itch will be gone and you can go on with your daily activities.

this didnt work at all!!!!!
absorbing jr works very well, the itch will be gone in 5 minutes or less. My family uses it all the time..aditionally, if you have an AVON rep available you can use the Skin so Soft to help keep them off you, it is kina girly smelly but it keeps them away.
This makes no sense.. People try this crap..?
use a bannana peel do not wipe the slime away or it wont work it will disapear if u dont bother in 1 hour
Onion helps the itch go away if you rub it on your mosquito bite.
you are all wrong.. all of you! foolish fools if you ask me. the REAL secret to making mosquito bites disappear is bleach. ya bleach. the same kind thats out by your washer and dryer. go take the bleach, pour yourself a nice stiff glass (maybe add an ice cube or two if you keep your bleach room temp) and chug chug chug.. ya thats right.. sip it down. immediately you will start to see purple and then you'll probably loose basic motor skills, etc.. and ya what were we talking about? oh ya.. your mosquito bite might look the same but trust me.. its working
I learned this years ago. Work up some spittle in your mouth dab a bit on a finger then on the bite you may need to do this more than once. This takes the Itch out of both Mozzie and Midgie bites. Also the bites seem to dissapear overnight. Works for me so good luck.
I tried it and it really works but I just burns when I put the clear sealer
These are some of the things I saw on different sites:
1.Peel a banana.
2.Rub the inside part of the skin on the bite
3.Wait. Almost immediately itching will stop, and you will most likely forget you had the bite. After 5-15 minutes swelling decreases. After 30-60mins your skin should be returning to normal.
4.Wash the affected area after 90 mins.
5.Put some hand sanitizer on it. It will sting but it does help.
Put some toothpaste on it and then put it in front of a fan .
Put deodorant on the bite.
Put lemon juice on the bite.
Put saltwater on the bite.
Mix baking soda and water until you get something like a paste. Rub it on the bites and leave it there until it dries.
Hot water applied either with a cloth or directly in stream from faucet will stop the itch.
hey bleach guy, you trying to kill us?
try deodrant
deodrant does work
Hope these work
I hope this works!!!
But why put nail polish ???
I got one right in-between my fingers and it's KILLING ME! I am defiantly going to try some of these. Well except for the bleach. That's just stupid.
i like to rub peroxide on my bites, its cold and it cleans the bite, reduces the redness and swelling, and the itch. all in one.
The hand sanitizer works
just tried the bleech thing. hope it works.
just kidding. dont try that.
wow! this really does work if only it worked on sun burns.

Had no idea about the histamines/air reaction. Very clever idea. Thank you Freeasme!
